Description


Primary responsibilities: keep accurate and up-to-date records on client invoices and statements, balance accounts on a regular basis, efficiently manage accounts payable, and provide reports to the business owner.

Additionally, you may be asked to communicate directly with clients and other local business agencies.

This job is ideal for someone who is confident, takes pride in their work, organized, focused, able to meet deadlines, highly proficient with MYOB software, and has a willingness to support small business. You can be relied upon to send out statements and pay monthly accounts on time and handle unexpected accounting requests that may arise.

You will work from our office in SE Portland, during regular business hours, possibly one or two days a week. We are willing to work with your schedule and availability.
