Boxer’s Price: $175 (included neuter and vaccines)
Age: 1 year 3 months
Color: Black w/ white patch on chest
We have a black 1 year and 3 month old Puggle. Gorgeous coat, white teeth, healthy weight, eyes, and ears. His family came down with allergies, so I said I would find a new home for him. While he was with us, he has been neutered and updated on all vaccines. His adoption price is to cover those expenses.
Boxer is also kennel trained! He’s a smart pup and picked up on kennel training quick. He's a beautiful Puggle, I don’t feel the pictures do him justice. He has a very glossy healthy coat a little thicker than a Beagle’s. His face resembles the Pug’s shape with a slightly elongated nose, and there is no noticeable under or over bite. He has adopted the adorable velvety Pug ears, and he is the size of a small Beagle, only weighing 25lbs.
He is a little timid but very sweet, mellow, and gentle. Previous family says he is great with kids, and they never had any problems with biting or aggression.
He could use some basic training such as come and stay (we’re working on that), and could benefit from some socializing with other dogs at the dog park as he is a little timid around them but enjoys playing and does well with other dogs. He likes to be outside and explore the smells and go on walks. He loves walks, be it leisure, fitness, or a jog. Boxer would do best in a family that could take him at least around the block once a day so he can pee on the bushes. He has gotten very good around cats, he will go up and sniff but beyond that not very much happens. Boxer would be a good watch dog, but a horrible guard dog ;) He may not be the best Puggle candidate for an apartment complex as he sometimes barks at things happening outside the window.
He is very sweet, and once he’s warmed up to you he just wants to play and loves attention. He’ll give kisses but doesn’t go crazy with it like some dogs. He LOVES to perch on the back of the couch like a cat.
This is a very special guy, I would keep him, and am tempted to keep him, but we already have three dogs :( He will only go to a good home. Since we are also Puggle Breeders, there will be an adoption contract before he is sent home to ensure he goes to a good one.You can find more information at www.snugglepuggles.com
