Thank you for your interest in The Frog Pond Grange 2009 Christmas Bazaar, this is the first year I am putting this on. I know I have been asked for a contract, but I do not have one made up. The costs of the tables are $20 per table. I do need to know how many tables you will need and what you are selling. I am trying to make sure that we do not have duplicate people there. There might be someone who sells something similar to you, but not the same thing. If you can please send your money in advance that would help me paying for the deposits and the charges.
For those of you who do not know, my husband is in Iraq and this time over, it is costing a lot to ship things over to him and the other soldiers. I am going to have a bake sale, with all the proceeds going to send boxes and pay for shipping. You do not need to let me know if you are going to help out with this, just show up and we will have the tables set up.
I am also planning on having sandwich items and chips there for the both personal, if you bring anyone to help out if you can just pitch in a little extra for that that would be great. We will also have bottled water provided. If you would like anything else to drink please bring it.
