Footprints Recruiting is interviewing candidates for the Feb public school positions. As most of us saw positions for August public school positions filled much faster than any time in recent memory, as the economy continues to fumble college graduates are looking for a sure and steady income with the opportunity to travel and have a bit of an adventure - Korean public school jobs offer both.


Location: Across South Korea (Seoul, Busan, Ulsan, Daejeon, Incheon, Jeju....)
Contract Length: 1 year
Start Date: End of Feb 2010
Salary in US $: 1,370-2,060/month depending on your certification and teaching experience
Salary in Korean Won: 1,800,000 to 2,700,000/month
Taxes: Tax-Free (the only exception is Canadians who must pay between 3-4% taxes)
Vacation Time: 18 days (some province offer up to 5 weeks vacation)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9-4 (you will only have to teach 22 hours/week the rest is prep time)
Type of School: Public School (elementary to middle school)
Airfare: Round-Trip Airfare Reimbursed (1.3 million won given regardless of cost of flight)
Housing: Single Furnished Housing Provided
Health Insurance: Local Medical Provided
Bonus: Additional one month salary bonus at contract completion

Training: 1 Week of Training Provided
Extra Info: A Korean Co-Teacher is Assigned to Help you

REQUIREMENTS:* NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER, BACHELOR DEGREE HOLDER, CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH & YOU CANNOT HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD (NOT EVEN A D.U.I.). Preference Given to those with 100+ TEFL or TESL Certification

4)SCAN of passport (if you do not have do a google your town or cities passport office to find out where to go)
5)Order two sealed transcripts
