I engage multiple Spirit~Mind~Body approaches to tailor the therapeutic experience to be most effective for you. I am interested in what we are capable of, and how to take a current moment and alter it to be closer to your ideal experience. This process starts where you are at, starts at your pain, your happiness, but is propelled by your dreams.

I work with clients of diverse backgrounds, religions, and sexual preferences, all of whom are welcome with respect.

I only accept private pay (cash or check) at the time of service.
